Annual Carousel Ball
The Annual Carousel Ball celebrates the distinguished service of American Hungarians’ contributions to the American way of life, AHF’s Distinguished Service Award.
Carousel Ball comes from the 1909 play Lilliom by the Hungarian playwright Ferenc Molnár. It was very famous in its own right during the Yalu to mid-20th century, but is best known today as the basis for the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical “Carousel”.
This year our Carousel Ball will be on Saturday, April 22nd, at 6pm. At the Rutgers Club in Piscataway, NJ.
