🕝 Tours at 2:30 PM & 3:30 PM 📍 American Hungarian Foundation- Museum
Step into the vibrant world of Farsang, Hungary’s spirited end-of-winter celebration, through the lens of photographer Dániel Palkó. His exhibit, “Farewell Winter,” features striking images from the Busójárás festival in Mohács, a centuries-old tradition where masked figures, folklore, and fire mark the symbolic farewell to winter. Tour the exhibit with the artist himself and hear firsthand stories behind the photographs—the history, the culture, and the moments of magic captured in the streets of Mohács. 🔥 Experience a Hungarian tradition brought to life in powerful visuals. Admission is free. Space is limited—arrive early for the guided tour!
